Queer Shia UK are going to put on a full Muharram Majlis Schedule, starting 16th June 2026 7pm GMT UK time.

The Majlis this year will be held online via ZOOM, Insh’Allah our aim is to progress these to an actual venue in coming years with a Live YouTube Stream for those members of the community that are not in the area / community.

Below this section you will find 12 Majlis, and you will be required to register for each one. We hope you can make it to all 12, however, you can also just book on to the ones that you are available for.

Anybody can attend and you do not need to be Shia, as long as you have respect for The Ahl Al-Bayt and respect for the LGBTQIA+ Community you are welcome.

The Majlis itself will be held in English, Quran readings in Arabic with English Translation. Nohas / Marcias / Lattmiya may be in other languages.
